This is the first screen for entering a service call. identify the equipment, add your name and phone number... ...then enter a description of the problem with the piece of equipment. Validate the information on your request and submit your service call. Under meter readings submit all meters requested for the equipment as needed. Depending on your permissions, you may search for supplies by equipment or under category/item. When ordering by equipment you will have a list of supplies for that equipment. Select the items you would like and "Add to Order" Fill in the required information and either submit your order or add more items using the button noted here with a yellow line.
