Jack Stargel - President
Jack Stargel founded Stargel Office Solutions in 1987 and has served as President and CEO for the past 21 years. Under his direction, the Company has become the largest office equipment dealer in Houston and a market leader in the office equipment and document solutions industry. Throughout the years, Mr. Stargel, on behalf of Stargel Office Solutions, has received numerous awards, the most noted being Toshiba America’s most prestigious award, “Dealer of the Year”.
As the major stockholder of Stargel Office Solutions, Mr. Stargel has contributed to several charities including a multitude of hospitals and churches in Houston and the surrounding areas. Stargel has been a scholarship donor to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as well as a sponsor for many after school activities for the youth. He is also an active member of the Select Dealer Group, a limited membership peer collaboration organization, and Business Technology Association (BTA), an office technology association.
T.J. DeBello - Vice President of Sales/Marketing
T.J. DeBello joined the company in 1996 as a sales representative and was promoted in 2000 to Vice President of Sales. Under Mr. DeBello’s leadership Stargel’s sales team delivers innovative technologies, outstanding customer experiences and solid business solutions to local and national businesses. Mr. DeBello has helped cultivate a customer base that continues to grow exponentially. Toshiba America has recognized his sales team 7 consecutive years for top sales in the Southeastern United States. ImageSource magazine, a third party organization, awarded Stargel’s sales organization with the 2006 Perfect Image Award for Outstanding Sales Program.
Mr. DeBello accredits the success to his established sales team whose average tenure is over 6 years. It is his belief that you are only as the good as the people you surround yourself with.
David Redd - Vice President of Service
David Redd has been with Stargel Office Solutions for 17 years, and was named Vice President of Service in October 1999. In this role, he is responsible for all Service operations. The Service Department has achieved the prestigious Toshiba ProMaster Award for the last 9 years, and the Top Achievement for the Southeast Region for the last 6 years. He is one of few Dealer Authorized Training and Education instructors sanctioned by Toshiba to hold factory training classes at Stargel Office Solutions Houston facility.
Rhonda Stagg - Controller and Vice President of Finance and Administration
Rhonda Stagg has been employed by Stargel Office Solutions since June 1998 and has served continuously since that time as Controller and Vice President of Finance and Administration. Ms. Stagg is responsible for all of the Company’s accounting and financial reporting functions. She is deeply involved in all aspects of Stargel Office Solutions’ office administration duties including insurance, human resources, employee benefits and facility management. Ms. Stagg is also responsible for developing and maintaining management reporting systems to support the continuing growth and expansion of the company.
Stormy Hayes - Office Manager
Stormy Hayes is the Office Manager of Stargel Office Solutions. In her role, Stormy manages the front office, accounting department and contract administration staff. Her responsibilities include preparing payroll for the entire organization, human resource management and overseeing client invoicing, contract administrating, collections, and the receipt and disbursement of cash for the Company.
Prior to her Office Manager position with the Company, Stormy was Vice President of Parts and Supplies for Stargel Office Solutions. She was responsible for the ordering, purchasing, shipping and maintaining the inventories for the total company.
Robert Beier - IT Manager
Robert Beier joined the Stargel Office Solutions team in July of 2004. He began his career with Stargel as an assistant IT Specialist and quickly moved into Management where he successfully helped the company move into their new offices, setting up a new phone system and network infrastructure. Robert is responsible for everything IT—from desktop support to network maintenance. Robert has also assisted with website maintenance, product demonstration and software training
Tyson Stargel - Software Solutions Manager
Tyson was employed full time with the Stargel Office Solutions Sales Department in January 2002. He started in his current position as the Software Solutions Manager in 2005. Mr. Stargel has been recognized in multiple industry magazines for his innovative solutions in helping Stargel clients electronically manage their documents.
Slade Stargel - Major Accounts Manager
Slade Stargel is one of Stargel Office Solutions top sales representatives since 2003. His sales accomplishments include: Stargel Office Solutions President’s Club (100% of Sales Quota) continuously since 2003; Outstanding Sales Performance Club (exceeding 1 million dollars in sales revenue) continuously since 2004; and Sales person of the Year in 2001, 2004 and 2007.
Slade has over nine years of sales experience with Stargel Office Solutions. He began his Sales career in 1999. In 2007, he was responsible for bringing over $1,750,000 of revenue to Stargel Office Solutions.
